Why does it feel like summer looking at these pictures 🥰

Blonde refresh, my@client was new to me and was looking for a low maintenance yet bright blonde, she came to the right place!

There are so many techniques now for Blonding and it’s great to have a few up your sleeve!

My first through with Laura’s hair was to use teased lights but during our consultation I quickly realised her hair type is not the type that will enjoy being comed out after teasing 😅

I opted for air touch to keep softness, a deeper route and avoid the tangles at the end.

Airtouch works by blowing away the shorter, finer hair and colouring the longer, stronger strands.

When the section is combed back together after colouring you get a beautiful blend 💁🏻‍♀️

It’s true, it’s a myth to think bleach alone is killing your hair… there will be a combination of things that are if you’re struggling with the health of your hair.

Obviously if your hairdresser is irresponsibly using lightener this will cause irreversible damage to your hair but I’d like to think that most of us these days know how important the integrity of hair is.

My big tip is to follow aftercare advice from your stylist, not only does this help with the condition of your hair. It’ll also prolong the life of your gorgeous new hair colour…

I include in my services a haircare routine, I like to make sure my clients know what’s needed for their particular hair, it’s up to them then if they choose to follow my advice, I am however lucky to be able to say most of them do.
